 Mr. Joseph Strzempka has a multifaceted background in teaching and administration.   At Escuela Internacional Sampedrana in the Honduras, he instructed 85 students in Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus and AP Economics according to the AP College Board standards. He developed the curricula for both courses, and integrated technology into his weekly instruction.

At Boy’s Latin of Philadelphia Charter School in Philadelphia, PA.  Mr. Strzempka taught Latin I, II and III according to Standards of Classical Language Learning.  His Latin I curriculum and unit plans were used throughout the school. In addition, he taught over 20 students who received a Cum Laude Certificate or better on the National Latin Exam.  He advised the Principal and Assistant Principal on all issues related to instruction, school resources, culture, technology and school policy.  Mr. Strzempka also led professional development teams, and mentored first year teachers in best pedagogical and management practices. He coached football and taught the fundamentals of rowing.
